By accessing or using Primentoring AI ("Platform", "Service", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
2. Service Description
Primentoring AI is a platform that connects mentees with experienced mentors for professional development and career guidance. Our services include:
- Mentor discovery and matching
- Session booking and scheduling
- Payment processing for mentoring services
- Communication tools for mentors and mentees
3. AI-Powered Features
Primentoring AI includes artificial intelligence features, collectively referred to as "Dana AI". These features include:
- AI mentor avatar conversations (text and voice)
- AI-generated session insights and summaries
- Personalised mentoring recommendations
- AI memory that learns your preferences over time
AI-generated responses are produced by machine learning models trained to reflect assigned mentors. They are not a substitute for professional, legal, medical, financial, or career advice.
AI features may use trusted third-party services (e.g., voice processing, language model providers) subject to their respective privacy policies.
4. AI Data Processing & Training
By using Dana AI features, you acknowledge that:
- Your conversations (text and voice) may be processed and securely stored
- Your interaction data may be used to train and improve AI models, unless you opt out
- You can opt out of AI training data usage at any time via Settings in your profile
- You can delete your AI conversation history and AI memory from Settings
Opting out of AI training does not affect your ability to use Dana AI features.
5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
All AI-generated content on the platform (including mentor responses, session insights, and recommendations):
- Is provided for informational and educational purposes only
- Does not constitute professional, legal, medical, financial, or career advice
- May not always be accurate, complete, or up to date
- Should be verified independently before acting upon
Primentoring AI is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
6. Subscription Plans
Access to certain features, including Dana AI and premium mentoring tools, may require a paid subscription plan. Subscription terms:
- Plans auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
- Refunds for subscription fees are handled according to our refund policy
- We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable notice
- Feature availability may vary between subscription tiers
7. User Accounts
7.1 Account Creation
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must not share your account with others
7.2 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.
8. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Treat other users with respect and professionalism
- Provide accurate information in your profile
- Honor scheduled mentoring sessions or provide adequate notice for cancellations
- Not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior
- Not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
9. Payment Terms
9.1 Mentee Payments
- Payment is required at the time of booking
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Prices are set by individual mentors
- Platform fees may apply to transactions
9.2 Mentor Payouts
- Mentors must complete Stripe Connect onboarding to receive payments
- Payouts are processed according to Stripe's standard schedule
- Platform fees are deducted from mentor earnings
- Mentors are responsible for reporting income for tax purposes
9.3 Refund Policy
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Generally, refunds may be issued if a mentor cancels a session or fails to attend. Please contact support for refund inquiries.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Primentoring AI or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You retain ownership of content you upload (profile information, videos, etc.) but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute this content as necessary to provide our services.
11. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Circumvent the platform to conduct transactions outside our system
- Scrape or harvest user data
- Impersonate others or create fake accounts
- Upload malicious code or viruses
- Spam or harass other users
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Engage in discriminatory or offensive behavior
12. Limitation of Liability
Primentoring AI provides a platform to connect mentors and mentees. We do not:
- Guarantee the quality or outcome of mentoring sessions
- Verify the qualifications or credentials of mentors
- Take responsibility for the conduct of users
- Guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
13. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between users or between a user and the platform, we encourage resolution through direct communication. If necessary, disputes may be resolved through mediation or arbitration.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
